Each neighborhood offers unique opportunities for brand engagement, and our team helps identify and secure the right location based on your audience, objectives, and brand positioning. We produce experiential marketing campaigns throughout New York City’s most culturally and commercially impactful locations, including (but not limited to):

Producing experiential marketing in New York requires more than creative vision. It demands a deep understanding of the city’s permitting processes, venue landscape, logistical constraints, and production ecosystem.
Our team manages every aspect of execution, including:
Navigating city permitting and compliance requirements
Plazas are tiered and have different city permitting costs based on tier. Permitting costs are based on location, percentage of plaza/park that you are reserving for the activation, and city staff needed (cone heads, security, cleaning, parking) Other elements that require additional permits: noise, after-hours work, size/type of structure (decking, staging, builds, trussing, tents), Department of Health-sampling (food & beverage), generatorSecuring and coordinating premium venues
Managing union and non-union labor environments
Coordinating complex load-in and load-out schedules
Partnering with NYC’s leading vendors: scenic, audio, visual, lighting, graphics, staffing, security, venues, local artists, permitting expeditors, merchandisers, entertainment sourcers and talent wranglers (DJs, bands, performers), freight and logistics partners, caterers
Liquor Laws in NYC
State and Permit Authority: New York State Liquor Authority (SLA) regulates permits statewide, including NYC.Event Permits: Special Event/Sampling/Tasting Permit: Required for tastings, promotions, sampling, or selling alcohol outside of an existing liquor license. Apply at least 45 days before the event. One-Day Alcohol Event Permit: Allows sale/service of beer, wine, cider, and liquor for up to 24 hours at a specific event; beverages must be consumed within the licensed event area.
Sampling Rules: Tastings/sampling at events generally need a special permit; there are limits on how many such permits a location can have per year (e.g., typically limited but possible to increase with municipal and police approval).
Sales & Consumption Laws: NYC prohibits public open containers generally outside of permitted areas.
This operational expertise allows us to execute seamlessly, even within New York’s most demanding environments.
