Martin Rogard is the Chief Product Officer of Gradient Experience, where he leads product innovation, technology initiatives, and scalable tools designed to strengthen the agency’s experiential offering. Since joining Gradient in 2024, Martin has brought a media and technology perspective to an industry increasingly shaped by data, measurement, and the need to connect live experiences to business outcomes.
A French native now based in New York City, Martin brings extensive experience across digital media, platform growth, operations, and product-led transformation. Prior to Gradient, he spent ten years as COO of Dailymotion, helping grow the company from an emerging startup into an internationally recognized media platform before its acquisition by Vivendi in 2016. In 2020, he became CEO of Dacast, further expanding his leadership in video technology, streaming infrastructure, and digital platform strategy.
At Gradient, Martin applies his cross-sector background to the evolution of experiential marketing. His work centers on how agencies can build proprietary products, strengthen measurement systems, and use technology to make live brand interactions more actionable — supporting Gradient’s broader ambition to move beyond event execution and into a more integrated ecosystem of experience, data, content, and measurable consumer engagement.
