Kyra Taurman is the Executive Creative Director of Gradient Experience, where she leads the creative vision behind immersive brand experiences for luxury, beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and culture-driven clients. Her work is rooted in a lifelong belief that people understand the world through experience — not just through what they see or hear, but through what they physically step into, participate in, and remember.
A graduate of NYU Tisch, Kyra began her career with a foundation in performance, storytelling, and live audience connection. Before moving fully into creative leadership, she built her expertise as an experiential producer, giving her a rare command of both concept and execution across the full arc of live brand experience.
For the past decade, Kyra has served as Executive Creative Director at Gradient Experience, shaping award-winning work for brands including Cartier, Audemars Piguet, Kiehl’s, Armani, IT Cosmetics, and more. Her creative leadership bridges theatrical storytelling, cultural insight, guest behavior, and production reality — ensuring ideas are not only imaginative, but buildable, ownable, and emotionally resonant.
