Shiseido Americas wanted to curate a hybrid meeting that catered to both an in-person and a virtual audience. This occasion, hosted at Alice Tully Hall in NYC, showcased distinguished orators, captivating performances, and a cocktail hour.

The Results

Leveraging the seamless integration of physical and virtual realms, attendees were granted the privilege of active engagement through a live Q&A session, fostering an interactive dialogue. Moreover, the gathering featured a captivating performance by the Taiko Drummers. 

Our in-house Live Video team controlled all screens, presentations, and audio within the room as well as the bespoke online experience. In addition a new control room was implemented on site, designed to leverage an existing infrastructure, ensure Gradient's quality standards, and so a seamless visual experience could be directed for all audiences.
