We created a two-story skincare experience where derm-led storytelling and interactive gameplay translated CeraVe’s science into an engaging environment for discovery, content creation, and trust-building.


In skincare, credibility matters, but brand experiences can easily lean either too clinical to excite guests or too playful to reinforce expertise. For CeraVe’s 20th anniversary, the challenge was to create a birthday celebration for 300 global VIP guests that entertained and educated in equal measure while keeping every moment rooted in the brand’s barrier-first mission and product innovation.

The experience helped make CeraVe the top-trending skincare brand in July, drove a 30% increase in share of voice, and generated more than $2.4M in influencer ad value equivalency. By turning dermatologist-backed education into hands-on, memorable interactions, the celebration converted a milestone moment into tangible cultural visibility while reinforcing CeraVe’s barrier-first authority and long-standing product trust.
