Boost visibility, consumer engagement, and education around Caudalie’s hero products.
Transformed Caudalie’s vineyard story into an immersive wine-bar-inspired skincare experience grounded in the grape.

Caudalie set out to create a two-day NYC pop-up that could translate the brand’s vineyard heritage into a tactile, inviting, and highly shareable experience centered on Vinoperfect Serum and Beauty Elixir. The challenge was to design an environment that elevated clinical efficacy through sensoriality; balancing science with warmth, charm, and accessibility. To boost visibility, spark curiosity, and educate consumers, the space needed to feel rooted in the grape while still delivering moments that were indulgent, contemporary, and culturally resonant.
Gradient brought the vineyards of Bordeaux to downtown NYC through the Vine Bar; a wine bar reimagined for skincare, where the grape served as the connective thread across storytelling, product education, and hospitality. Guests moved through sensorial moments including personalized skin analysis, product narratives, an Elixir archive, and indulgent touches that blended artistry with education. By rooting every detail in Caudalie’s ingredient story, the experience transformed awareness into genuine engagement and left guests with a memorable, shareable impression of the brand.
