The Essence of Experiential Design and Brand Engagement

Content today is threatening.

I was recently at Lee shulman's "Homecoming" exhibit for The Anonymous Project showcasing Kodachrome slides from the 60s to the 90s. I realized that the people in the pictures were just living in the moment, and that’s what made them so captivating. Back then, cameras weren't everywhere, waiting to expose your worst features for the world to see.

I see experiential design much like the exhibit: a chance for your target audience to disappear into a state of transcendence and flow of the present. If they’re always conscious of themselves — their best angles, perfect lighting, the right expressions — they’ll hide behind their cameras like shields. They will never immerse themselves in the moment. 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐝𝐢𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐚𝐧 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞.

Authentic content showing influencers engaging with your brand in the heat of the moment is the difference between staged experiences and unforgettable brand encounters. We’re working on technologies that will capture people’s most authentic, beautiful essence.

Once people lose their self-consciousness, they can embrace the excitement and desire that drives them. Candid shots taken at the peak of impactful moments are the true gems. Compelling, genuine content is share-worthy content. With our technology, we can amplify those qualities through digital word-of-mouth in a more authentic way.
