Gradient sits at the intersection of experience design and performance marketing.

We design activations that do three things simultaneously: build brand equity in the room, generate content that performs across channels, and capture the data that makes your investment defensible.

This is what we call the IMPACT architecture.

It is how we bridge the gap between what a brand feels and what finance can see. We run programs in the most competitive, high-scrutiny industries, in the most demanding markets in the world. That means our production standards, permitting expertise, and measurement rigor are built for brands that cannot afford a miss. Every activation we produce is designed as a live experience with a measurable commercial objective.

  • FRÉDÉRIC MALLE

    BATH & BODY LAUNCH

Launching the Acne Studios Bath & Body collection meant breaking through beyond a traditional retail introduction and creating relevance outside the product itself. Frédéric Malle needed to transform an everyday self-care ritual into something culturally engaging, giving people a compelling reason to visit the Prince Street flagship while encouraging discovery, conversation, and interaction with the collection.

The launch blurred the line between retail and culture, turning the Frédéric Malle flagship into a destination that invited discovery beyond shopping alone. By combining immersive design with an unexpected street-level ice cream experience, the activation translated curiosity into product exploration, social engagement, and store traffic while creating renewed excitement around the flagship.

Horse racing has struggled to capture younger audiences, with the category often perceived as a legacy sport rather than a contemporary entertainment experience. 1/ST needed to evolve that perception without sacrificing the prestige and heritage that made its historic racing properties distinctive.

The opportunity was to create relevance at the individual event level while building greater equity for the 1/ST master brand, turning three distinct circuits into culturally resonant destinations with a shared strategic foundation.

1/ST’s racing properties became more than individual races, with Pegasus channeling luxury spectacle, Preakness celebrating Maryland pride, and California Crown embracing cinematic, next-generation energy. By tapping into community pride, cultural FOMO, and elevated hospitality, the platform gave each circuit a reason to matter while building a more culturally relevant and cohesive 1/ST brand.

Tales of the Cocktail brings together some of the industry’s most influential bartenders, making it a high-value but highly competitive environment for introducing a new spirit. Hendrick’s needed to make Another Gin stand out amid constant brand activity, translating attention into meaningful product trial while creating an experience distinctive enough to strengthen relationships with the trade.

The activation converted 34% of passing foot traffic into attendees, transforming convention visibility into meaningful engagement with Hendrick’s Another Gin. By making discovery part of the product trial through story rather than presentation, the experience gave industry guests a reason to engage more deeply with the new expression while reinforcing Hendrick’s connection to the trade community.

  • REEBOK

    REEBOK CROSSFIT CHALLENGE

CrossFit had built a passionate following but remained largely perceived as a niche fitness discipline. Reebok needed an activation that would showcase the intensity of the sport while positioning both the brand and CrossFit within mainstream culture through an experience that audiences, athletes, and media couldn't ignore.

The activation transformed a demanding athletic competition into a cultural spectacle that extended far beyond the fitness community. By pairing elite performance with an unexpected and globally recognized location, Reebok generated highly shareable content that reinforced its leadership in performance while introducing CrossFit to a broader audience.

    LAMBORGHINI MOVEMBER

Lamborghini challenged Gradient to pull off a momentous stunt to promote their Movember partnership; a forty-five car piece artwork, visible only from the sky.

The Movember Bull Run took place at the Pier 6 Downtown Heliport in New York City. A fleet of Lamborghini’s 9 each wearing a custom mustache were meticulously driven into the designed pattern - an enormous mustache. The content was captured through drones and swiftly distributed to press and influencers.

  • MILAGRO TEQUILA

    FIFA WORLD CUP STRATEGY

World Cup marketing is saturated with brands relying on the same visual language, celebrity partnerships, and tournament clichés. Milagro needed a distinctive platform that celebrated its Mexican heritage authentically while remaining flexible enough to scale across retail, on-premise, digital, influencer, and experiential channels without losing a consistent identity.

Rather than borrowing relevance from the tournament, Gradient created a recognizable cultural platform rooted in authentic Mexican creativity. A distinctive visual identity, signature cocktail, and modular activation system gave the brand an ownable presence that could scale seamlessly across World Cup moments while strengthening differentiation within the tequila category.

Launching the first new Hendrick’s gin expression in more than twenty years required breaking through a crowded category without the media investment typically used to drive awareness. While Another Hendrick’s introduced a distinctive botanical profile built around cacao and orange blossom, product differentiation alone would not create cultural relevance. The challenge was to make consumers experience the brand world firsthand while building a model capable of generating reach far beyond a single activation.

Anotherland demonstrated how experiential marketing can become a scalable distribution engine when designed for amplification from the outset. Momentum generated at launch extended through a national tour and a global rollout playbook, producing 1.12 billion impressions, a 25% share of voice lift, and $9.3 million in ad value equivalency while transforming a single product launch into a platform for sustained global visibility and earned media impact.

    "BUTTS IN SEATS"

Lincoln engaged Gradient to create a strategy and execution to bring the empathetic design of the Navigator to life in an experiential setting. The aim; win hearts and shift minds through earned social content and, above all, getting 'butts in seats'. The canvas was Lincoln's South Street Seaport, with a catch; the structure would need to move in and out several times.

We transformed a shipping container into a luxurious lounge with stunning decor and immaculate fabrication - all inspired by the Lincoln Navigator. Crafted digital content drove demand (and brand) and we captured foot traffic with omnidirectional access and gamified touch points. Dwell time and sentiment were optimized through a meditation touchpoint; a collaboration with Headspace and a welcomed point of difference.

The experience transformed product education into social currency by making every interaction both demonstrable and shareable. By connecting performance with participation, Garnier increased visibility, strengthened consumer interest, and created lasting momentum that continued long after the launch.

  • L'Oréal Paris

    PANORAMA CHROMATIC

In the highly visual beauty category, product launches must compete for attention during culturally saturated moments like New York Fashion Week, where brands, creators, and media all seek distinctive, camera-ready experiences.

The challenge was translating three Panorama Chromatics shades into one cohesive physical environment that felt editorial and immersive while still enabling personal discovery and authentic influencer content capture.

Launching Panorama Chromatics during New York Fashion Week through an immersive influencer experience built around color and personalization created a setting naturally optimized for content creation and social sharing.

This approach connected product discovery with individualized beauty expression, generating strong visibility and engagement while positioning L’Oréal Paris at the center of a culturally relevant fashion and beauty conversation.

The Lift Lab reframed a product launch as an experience guests actively took part in, turning application into proof and participation into amplification. By uniting bold creative direction, personalization, and content capture within a single journey, the activation drove organic reach while reinforcing Urban Decay’s position as a fearless, culture-forward beauty brand.

  • PUREOLOGY

    LOVE LUSTER VALENTINES DINNER

In a crowded beauty landscape, fragrance-adjacent launches often default to spectacle or standard event formulas that create visibility without building personal connection. Pureology needed Love Luster to feel emotionally intimate and distinct, translating the product’s romantic story into a dinner setting that could spark authentic discovery, peer-to-peer sharing, and brand advocacy without losing the polish of a launch moment.

By replacing a traditional launch with an intimate dinner, Pureology introduced Love Luster in a setting where scent, storytelling, and social interaction reinforced one another. That controlled, emotionally resonant scale supported deeper product discovery and authentic peer-to-peer sharing, helping position the fragrance as a personal ritual while building awareness, engagement, and branded advocacy.

High jewelry demands intimacy, precision, and trust, yet traditional retail environments can limit the emotional depth and narrative context such collections deserve. Tiffany & Co.’s Blue Book 2025: Sea of Wonder required a setting that reflected its craftsmanship and cultural significance while meeting the expectations of an ultra-private clientele.

Transforming a residential Palm Beach estate into a museum-caliber exhibition introduced operational and logistical complexity, requiring seamless coordination of hospitality, security, guest flow, and programming without compromising the discretion or refinement intrinsic to the brand.

The activation generated 22 million influencer reach, 273 million earned media reach, and $3.5 million in media value while strengthening visibility and engagement for both Glenfiddich and Aston Martin Formula 1.

As the Official Champagne of the US Open, Moët & Chandon needed its hospitality presence to reflect the prestige of both the tournament and the brand. The existing suite required a transformation into a destination experience that balanced luxury with guest engagement, creating memorable moments that extended the partnership beyond the event through organic content and premium hospitality.

  • HITS

    HITS NATIONAL STRATEGY PLAYBOOK

HITS had established decades of credibility as a leading equestrian competition producer but lacked a unified experience that reflected the expectations of luxury audiences and premium sponsors. The organization needed to evolve beyond hosting competitions by creating a hospitality-first platform that differentiated the brand, strengthened partnerships, and provided a scalable roadmap for future growth.

Gradient delivered a comprehensive strategic playbook that transformed HITS into a hospitality-led luxury brand with a clear roadmap for future growth. By unifying brand positioning, guest experience, sponsorship opportunities, service standards, and experiential design, the framework established a scalable platform capable of driving stronger partnerships and long-term competitive differentiation.

CORE SERVICES

Experiential Marketing & Brand Activations

Best for: Brands that need to show experiential spend turning into pipeline, not just impressions

We design activations with a built-in next step for the consumer. Pop-ups, product launches, retail experiences, empowering summits, and large-scale events architected around audience journey mapping and measurable conversion points.

Technology-Driven Immersive Experiences

Best for: Brands that need experiential to feed CRM and not just create moments.

Every technology-driven build includes real-time content capture and first-party data collection systems. AR, VR, interactive installations, and projection mapping, engineered to generate opt-in engagement, social-first assets, and usable attendee data.

Content Amplification & Social Ecosystem

XX

Every activation is engineered as a content system. Platform-native capture, livestream integration, influencer-ready moments, and social-first edit workflows that produce assets hours after the event. This is how experiential spend earns a cost-per-impression that competes with digital media; and how you show finance the event is still working on Monday.

Strategic Experiential Consulting

Best for: Brands that need to defend experiential budget internally.

Most agencies design experiences first and measure after. IMPACT starts with the commercial outcomes your brand is accountable for and works backward to the activation design. We map every touchpoint to a trackable KPI -- from first-party data capture to brand lift to post-event content performance.
